Imagine singing to develop language and communication skills or painting to learn how to manage big feelings. Consider how being in a band can help build social and emotional skills or learning an instrument can help with focus and attention. Think about how participating in a musical theater production can help develop confidence or listening to and discussing music can help with memory and other cognitive challenges.
