Band Festivals
The Rock'N'Rollers
The very first band formed at Music For Life, The Rock 'N' Rollers specialize in rock music and have performed at schools, baseball stadiums, markets, and stages across New York and New Jersey.
The AMPS
Formed in 2021, the AMPS (Abilities Made Possible) features 3 guitarists, a pianist, bassist, drummer, and vocalist, specializing in classic rock and roll, pop, and vocal harmony.
Beach Down
With wide range of pop music, new and classic, Beach Down was formed in 2021, made up of pianists, vocalists, a drummer, and a ukulele player.
Whatta Band
Named when one of the band members exclaimed "What a band!" after an exceptional rehearsal, Whatta Band has been together since 2023.

Jr. Rockers
The Jr. Rockers is a group of 8-13 year old musicians playing all the household favorites, from "Lollipop" to "Spiderman."
P.O.P.
Making their debut at the opening of our second location in Tappan, P.O.P. was formed in January 2024 and has been quickly growing, playing a wide range of pop, rock, and reggae music.
Performance Lab
The Performance Lab is a small group of extremely talented musicians playing high-level music. They have performed several concerts since their formation in 2024.
Off The Rails
Also formed in 2024, Off The Rails made their debut performance at MFL's Halloween Concert on October 20th, 2024.
Trucks, Trains, And Cars
This band of 6-8 year old musicians came together in 2024 and has grown together through exploration with instruments and musical styles.

The Pride Singers
Rockland Pride Chorus
A community outreach program created in collaboration with the Nyack Pride Center, the Rockland Pride Singers is chorus made up of Rockland residents who are part of the LGBTQ+ community.
