Fun, social and challenging arts-based programming for children, teens and adults. ALL SKILLS, ABILITIES and CHALLENGES WELCOME. Through music, art, theater and movement, our students build valuable functional and arts skills and form meaningful relationships.
We serve people who are developing typically as well as those with developmental delays, developmental disabilities, autism, ADHD, social and emotional challenges, TBI from illness or injury, Alzheimer’s and dementia, and those going through difficult life transitions and more.

Learn to sing, play an instrument, write and record songs with a personalized approach
Music Lessons Description: Students will learn how to play a variety of musical instruments using a personalized approach. They will learn basic music skills including rhythm, melody and harmony as well as music theory. The goal is for them to make playing music a meaningful part of their lives both individually and with others. Social music making opportunities will be explored when they are ready and interested.

Art Lessons Description: Students will explore a variety of mediums as they learn to express themselves through art. They will explore painting, drawing and collage. They will increase their skills in using art materials and in understanding how color, shape and image express different ideas, thoughts and emotions. Projects will include 2 and 3 dimensional work.

Many challenges children face can be most effectively addressed through helping the parent(s). Work on a variety of issues from regulation, focus, behavior and anxiety/anger. Can be done virtually by video chat in evening or when your children are at school or in-person.

Chase the winter blues away with some early morning movement to music! Participants will stretch and explore their bodies through fun physical activities to a beat. Great way to start the day and keep fit during the winter months.

Get your art on in our ever-popular open art studio but with a twist. Classes will begin with short lessons in anime, origami, still life drawing and mandalas followed by “free art making” time where participants can choose their materials.

It’s time for some group singing in this always popular class. Participants will learn to sing a variety songs from many different styles of music. They will learn fun song formats including unison, call and response and more.
